Midlife Crisis or Midlife Renewal?

Have you hidden something so well, usually something quite important, at a secret spot only to have no clue where it is the next time you need it?

Happens to me all the time. I’d like to think that I’m just such a good hider rather than my memory starting to get a little rusty. Lol.

A lot of things start to change in your forties - physically, mentally, emotionally. But the changes, overall, are positive.

It’s a season when we step into a newfound confidence, gaining more clarity on what we want to do, achieve, be in the second chapter of our lives. It’s an exciting time, if you don’t allow yourself to be discouraged by the inevitable physical changes. Those can be remedied or at least slowed down by how good you treat and nourish your body.

Some say your forties or fifties is when midlife crisis happens. I don’t think it’s a crisis at all. It all depends on how you look at it. Does the awakening to the time you have left scare you? Or do you use it to propel you to make the most out of it?

It’s your choice what perspective to adopt.

It’s your choice to feel defeat or empowerment.

It’s your choice to stand still or start making changes.

Which side will you take?

Midlife crisis or midlife renewal?
