    This 68-second manifesting strategy is a technique popularized by Abraham-Hicks of "The Secret". It's designed to help you focus your thoughts and emotions on what you want to attract into your life. It involves focusing your attention and intention for a sustained period to create a positive emotional state that aligns with your desires.


    How it works:

    1. First, go to our Manifest in 68 Seconds app.
    2. Identify your desire. What is it that you want to manifest? It could be anything from a specific outcome, a material possession, or a particular feeling or emotion. Type it in the designated field on the app. Keep it short and straightforward. Just one thing in one sentence.
    3. Now read and focus on what you wrote.
    4. Hit the Start button and close your eyes. Think about your desire as if you already have it. Picture it vividly. Imagine situations you'd experience in that reality. Immerse yourself in the picture your mind has painted. Allow yourself to feel the immense joy of having it, of being there. Sometimes, you'll feel so overcome with emotions it might bring you to tears. Stick with it. Feel it all. Picture what you're wearing in that moment. Your surroundings. Who else is there? What are they saying?
    5. Keep focusing on that thought until your 68 seconds are up. Your cue is when the app music stops.
    6. Open your eyes and release your desire to the Universe. Trust that that reality is already parked in your future. Let the joy stay with you as you move on with your day.

    According to Abraham-Hicks, a thought gains momentum at the vibrational level when focused on for 17 seconds. Continuing to focus your attention allows your emotions to intensify. The idea is to create a sustained emotional state that aligns with your desire and it's said that 68 seconds of sustained focus is enough to align your vibrational energy with your desire and give it traction to manifest into reality.


    The emotions that surface during the session is key. That's why you need to hone in on that thought and use your imagination as best as you could to paint a clear picture as if you already have it, as if you're already there. That thought that originated in your mind will travel into different dimensions until it reaches its final destination: the physical world.


    Repeat this process every morning and evening where there are absolutely no distractions. Start with something simple, not a million dollars right off the bat. It has to be believable for you. Keep at it and witness your thoughts come to fruition. You'll gain more confidence and become a true believer once you manifest your first desire. Don't be tempted to start piling on more and doing multiple 68-second sessions one after the other. It will dilute the power of your concentration and feel like you're just going through the motions instead of intently focusing on one. If you really feel like adding more, don't do more than 5 at a time and when you manifest one desire, pick another one to take its place.


    Do this regularly, with good intention and intense concentration. You'll find that as you go, the Universe will start setting things in motion. Ideas will come up that will inspire you take action leading to your desire. Opportunities will come out of nowhere. Unexpected connections will be made. Be open and respond to them and see where they're leading you. Remember that it's a tool, not a magic wand. As with any other manifestation technique, it's essential to approach it with an open mind, patience, and purposeful action.
